Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o acompanhamento e a análise dos resultados financeiros e operacionais.Contribuir para a elaboração de relatórios gerenciais, apresentações e indicadores de desempenho.Apoiar os processos de planejamento orçamentário, forecast e acompanhamento de realizado versus orçado.Auxiliar na análise de receitas, custos, despesas e variações de resultados, identificando oportunidades de melhoria.Apoiar a consolidação e a validação de informações financeiras e gerenciais.Participar da elaboração e do acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho e resultados.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e controles internos da área.Apoiar a automatização de relatórios e a otimização de rotinas por meio de ferramentas de análise de dados.Atuar em parceria com diferentes áreas da organização, buscando compreender os resultados e apoiar a tomada de decisão.Participar de projetos relacionados à eficiência operacional, planejamento e gestão de resultados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo bacharelado de longa duração com formação entre dezembro/2024 à dezembro/2026: Administração;Ciências Contábeis;Engenharia de Produção.Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel avançado.Disposição para aprender e desenvolver conhecimentos relacionados à gestão financeira e ao negócio.Diferenciais:Conhecimento em Power BI ou outras ferramentas de visualização de dados.Noções de planejamento orçamentário, forecast e análise de variações.Conhecimento em custos, despesas e indicadores financeiros.Familiaridade com sistemas integrados de gestão (ERP).Conhecimento em análise de dados e automatização de relatórios.Participação em projetos acadêmicos ou experiências relacionadas a finanças, controladoria, planejamento ou gestão de processos.Informações adicionais ✅ Salário competitivo;
