Por isso, buscamos profissionais com vontade de aprender, espírito colaborativo e interesse em construir soluções que gerem valor para a organização e para a sociedade.Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Trainee na área Técnica, com formação em Engenharia Mecânica e interesse em desenvolver sua carreira em um ambiente que conecta conhecimento técnico, inovação, eficiência operacional e sustentabilidade.Essa é uma oportunidade para aplicar conhecimentos de engenharia na prática, participar de projetos e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, equipamentos e operações da Solví.Procuramos pessoas com perfil analítico, raciocínio lógico, iniciativa e vontade de aprender, que tenham interesse em compreender os desafios operacionais do negócio e propor soluções seguras, eficientes e sustentáveis.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar projetos técnicos relacionados a equipamentos, máquinas, sistemas mecânicos e processos operacionais.Contribuir para análises de desempenho, confiabilidade e eficiência de equipamentos e instalações.Apoiar iniciativas de manutenção preventiva e corretiva, buscando melhorias na disponibilidade e no desempenho dos ativos.Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, otimização de processos e redução de custos operacionais.Auxiliar na elaboração e atualização de relatórios técnicos, procedimentos e indicadores de desempenho.Apoiar o levantamento e a análise de dados técnicos para identificação de oportunidades de melhoria.Participar de iniciativas relacionadas à inovação tecnológica, eficiência energética e sustentabilidade.Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares na identificação de problemas e no desenvolvimento de soluções técnicas.Contribuir para a disseminação de boas práticas de segurança, qualidade e excelência operacional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia Mecânica com formação entre dezembro/2024 à dezembro/2026:Interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos técnicos e aplicá-los a desafios reais da operação.Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel avançado.Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.Compromisso com a segurança, a qualidade e a melhoria contínua.Diferenciais:Conhecimento em manutenção industrial, processos mecânicos ou gestão de ativos.Noções de leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos.Familiaridade com indicadores de manutenção e desempenho operacional.Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de dados, como Power BI.Noções de softwares de desenho e modelagem, como AutoCAD ou SolidWorks.Participação em projetos acadêmicos, iniciação científica ou atividades relacionadas à engenharia.Informações adicionais ✅ Salário competitivo;
