aufgaben

  • sie übernehmen die selbständige projektentwicklung und projektierung von anspruchsvollen bauvorhaben im bereich der gebäudeerneuerung
  • dabei begleiten sie die projekte von der ersten idee bis zur erfolgreichen realisierung und erstellen entwurfs-, gestaltungs- und ausführungsplanungen
  • zudem sind sie für die kostenermittlung und die wirtschaftliche planung der bauprojekte verantwortlich
  • sie arbeiten eng mit dem bauleiter sowie weiteren internen und externen projektbeteiligten zusammen
  • die sicherstellung der geltenden schweizer baunormen rundet ihr vielseitiges aufgabengebiet ab
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, 90 oder 100% betragen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes studium in architektur oder eine vergleichbare technische ausbildung
  • alternativ ist auch ein hochbauzeichner / zeichner architektur oder maurer / zimmermann mit einer weiterbildung als bauleiter, projektleiter oder bautechniker hf hochbau denkbar
  • zudem bringen sie einige jahre berufserfahrung in der projektierung und realisierung von bauvorhaben mit
  • gute kenntnisse der schweizer baunormen werden vorausgesetzt
  • bezeichnen sie sich als selbständig, strukturiert vorgehend, kreativ und lösungsorientiert?
