bauassistentin / projektassistentin, 60 -100% (w/m/d)

aufgaben

  • sie übernehmen die administrative und organisatorische unterstützung der projekt- und bauleitenden
  • dabei sind sie für die erstellung und bearbeitung von submissionen und ausschreibungsunterlagen zuständig
  • ebenfalls leisten sie eine wertvolle mitarbeit beim einholen, erfassen und aufbereiten von offerten
  • die unterstützung bei offertvergleichen und der vorbereitung von vergaben gehört ebenfalls zu ihren tätigkeiten
  • ebenfalls erstellen und bearbeiten sie auftragsbestätigungen, werkverträgen und nachträgen sowie rechnungen
  • die pflege und strukturierte ablage von projekt- und bauunterlagen rundet ihr aufgabengebiet ab
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, zwischen 60 und 100% liegen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine als kauffrau efz / kaufmann efz oder haben eine handelsschule absolviert
  • interesse an bau, architektur und technischen zusammenhängen sowie eine gute technische vorstellungskraft sind wichtig
  • erfahrung im bau-, architektur- oder immobilienumfeld ist von vorteil, aber keine voraussetzung
  • gute ms-office-kenntnisse und stilsichere deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
  • beschreiben sie sich als zielorientiert, flexibel und gut organisiert?
