aufgaben

  • als bauherrenvertreter übernehmen sie projekt\- und bauleitungsaufgaben
  • dabei vertreten sie die bauherren unter anderem bezüglich terminen, kosten und qualität
  • sie übernehmen die gesamtverantwortung für sanierungs\-, umbau\- und neubauprojekte
  • ihr hauptaugenmerk liegt in der ausführungsplanung und in der fertigstellung der projekte
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, 90 oder 100% betragen
  • je nach interesse und eignung besteht die möglichkeit, die standortleitung zu übernehmen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine ausbildung als zeichner architektur / hochbauzeichner, maurer oder zimmermann (m/w/d)
  • ein studium als architekt eth / fh oder eine weiterbildung als bauleiter / bautechniker respektive gleichwertig ist unerlässlich
  • solide praxis im bereich bauherrenvertretung, baumanagement und in anspruchsvollen bauprojekten ist erforderlich
  • fundiertes wissen des schweizer bau\- und planungsrechts sowie der normen ist auch sehr wichtig
  • die bereitschaft, anfänglich ab und zu in der niederlassung kloten zu arbeiten, ist ebenfalls erforderlich
  • arbeiten sie gerne eigenständig, aber auch interdisziplinär und sind sie kommunikativ, verhandlungssicher und denken sie unternehmerisch sowie betriebswirtschaftlich?
