polymechaniker oder produktionsmechaniker als cnc-fräser / -dreher (w/m/d)

aufgaben

  • sie richten moderne cnc-drehmaschinen und -fräsmaschinen selbständig ein und bedienen diese auch
  • dabei fertigen sie einzelteile, kleinserien sowie neue werkstücke nach technischen vorgaben
  • hauptsächlich arbeiten sie an fräsmaschinen mit 3- bis 5-achsen sowie drehmaschinen mit 2- bis 6-achsen
  • zudem stellen sie die geforderte qualität durch regelmässige kontrollen und messprotokolle sicher
  • einfache unterhaltsarbeiten an den maschinen gehören ebenfalls zu ihren wichtigen aufgaben

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine ausbildung als polymechaniker efz, produktionsmechaniker efz oder über eine vergleichbare ausbildung (w/m/d)
  • zudem bringen sie erfahrung im selbständigen einrichten und bedienen von cnc-drehmaschinen und -fräsmaschinen mit
  • fundierte kenntnisse der steuerungen fanuc und heidenhain sind wichtig
  • sie haben freude an der präzisionsfertigung und verfügen über ein gutes technisches verständnis
  • bezeichnen sie sich zudem als qualitätsbewusst, zuverlässig, flexibel und teamfähig?
