aufgaben

  • sie übernehmen vielseitige sekretariats- und administrationsarbeiten und sorgen für einen reibungslosen büroalltag
  • dabei erfassen sie ausmasse und erstellen die entsprechenden offerten
  • zudem bearbeiten sie kundenaufträge und sind für die rechnungsstellung verantwortlich
  • die terminplanung und -koordination für die projektleiter und monteure gehört ebenfalls zu ihrem vielseitigen aufgabengebiet
  • des weiteren betreuen sie die telefonzentrale und erledigen die tägliche e-mail-korrespondenz
  • gelegentlich unterstützen sie auch bei der erstellung von plänen und zeichnungen für baueingaben
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, zwischen 60 und 100% liegen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine ausbildung als kauffrau oder gleichwertig
  • sie konnten zudem bereits administrative berufserfahrung in der baubranche / im baugewerbe sammeln
  • gute microsoft office- sowie bausoftware messerli-kenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
  • zudem verfügen sie über stilsichere deutschkenntnisse in wort und schrift
  • sie arbeiten selbständig, exakt und behalten auch in hektischen situationen stets den überblick?
