PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Build and drive the project schedule from mobilization through turnover. Develop and manage a detailed schedule in Microsoft Project, sequencing trades, materials, equipment, and site logistics so key milestones are met and lookaheads are updated. Run a zero-incident job site. Lead safety meetings and routine site inspections, enforce OSHA requirements (OSHA-30 certification required), and hold every trade to the site safety plan. Hold multiple subcontractors and trade teams accountable for quality and productivity. Supervise trades at a time and inspect their work against contract documents, design specifications, local building codes, and ADA standards. Resolve field conflicts before they become delays. Partner with project managers and design teams to work through RFIs, change orders, and on-site challenges. Document every field adjustment in Procore and Bluebeam so project records stay complete and current. Keep every stakeholder informed. Lead progress meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders and deliver accurate daily logs and progress reports, so there are no surprises on schedule, budget, or scope. Ramp quickly on Progressive’s field standards. Learn the firm’s project controls, safety program, and documentation tools, and take field leadership of an active project. Close out projects cleanly. Drive punch list completion and final inspections for a smooth turnover, closing out the punch list. Develop the next generation of field leaders. Mentor junior superintendents and field staff through training, technical guidance, and on-the-job coaching, building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
