Position: Business Analyst Location: Kalopul, Kathmandu Work Type: Full-Time On-Site Working Time: 7 AM to 4 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is interested in understanding business operations, analyzing information, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is curious about products, users, and how technology can solve real-world problems, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a product-focused environment.

In this role, you will work directly with senior leadership and the CEO, gaining valuable exposure to business strategy, operations, and real-world decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Gather, organize, and analyze business and operational information.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities and trends to support decision-making.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support business planning, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business insights for management.
  • Collaborate with different cross-functional teams to understand challenges and help identify practical solutions.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA graduates (Finance) from a reputed institution.
  • 0–1 years of experience in business analysis, finance, operations, management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and a keen interest in finance and data analysis are encouraged to apply.
  • Good understanding of financial statements, including cash flow statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss (P&L) statements.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with an interest in working with financial data, numbers, and business metrics.
  • Ability to interpret financial and business data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • An analytical, finance-oriented mindset with the ability to support data-driven business decisions.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, accept feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
