Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Analisa a requisição ou problema apresentado, identifica a complexidade técnica, atua na solução e direciona para atendimento de acordo com nível técnico correspondente
  • Atende os chamados de acordo com o nível de serviço definido
  • Define os recursos necessários para a operacionalização dos atendimentos
  • Registra as ações referentes às resoluções dos chamados atendidos
  • Provê informações sobre os chamados em aberto
  • Acompanha fornecedores e parceiros terceirizados em atendimentos internos
  • Recepciona, armazena e entrega hardware
  • Registra e controla os ativos de TI

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Active Directory
  • Admin Django framework
  • Anydesk
  • NicVision
  • Bitdefender
  • GravityZone
  • GLPI
  • Zabbix
  • Experiência: Mínima de 1 ano
  • Escolaridade mínima: Ensino médio completo, preferencialmente com curso técnico em Informática.
  • Desejável ensino superior em andamento em Ciência da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
