Job Summary

Join us as a Sales Interior Designer to engage clients, deliver interior design and space planning solutions, coordinate and supervise projects, and grow your career with training and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage clients by attending appointments to understand and fulfill their interior design needs
  • Develop interior design concepts and perform space planning to create functional and aesthetic environments
  • Coordinate project sites to ensure smooth execution and timely progress of design plans
  • Supervise project sites to maintain quality standards and resolve on-site issues promptly
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve sales targets and support team-building initiatives
  • Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to drive sales growth and explore uncapped earning potential
  • Participate actively in training programs during the probation period to enhance design and sales skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrate passion for interior design and a willingness to learn continuously
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset focused on sales and team leadership development
  • Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience; candidates without experience may be considered based on interview performance
