Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot die houdt van afwisseling en zelfstandigheid? Zoek je een veelzijdige functie waarin je de spil bent van onze dagelijkse werking en niet de hele dag aan een bureau hoeft vastgekluisterd te zitten?

Als Allround Administratief Medewerker beheer je de klantenservice, planning en administratieve opvolging. Daarnaast spring je hands-on bij waar nodig: van voorraadopvolging en het inpakken van orders tot kleine herstellingen aan toestellen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Klantenservice: Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en e-mail; beantwoorden van vragen over bestellingen, producten en leveringen.

Aankoop & Logistieke administratie: Opvolgen van voorraadniveaus, plaatsen van bestellingen bij leveranciers en registreren van inkomende goederen.

Hands-on magazijnwerk: Dagelijks helpen met het klaarmaken, verpakken en verzenden van pakketten.

Kleine herstellingen: Eenvoudige basisonderhouden, controles en herstellingen uitvoeren aan binnengekomen apparatuur.

Algemene ondersteuning:

  • Nieuwe producten aanmaken en online plaatsen in de webshops.
  • Uitvoeren van gericht opzoekwerk (productinfo, leveranciers, marktontwikkelingen).
  • Schrijven van korte teksten en informatieve blogs voor de webshops.
  • Meehelpen met lichte marketingtaken en bijspringen waar het team op dat moment ondersteuning nodig heeft.

  • Opleidingsniveau: Je behaalde een diploma secundair onderwijs óf een Graduaat/Bachelor. Ervaring is niet vereist; een gezonde dosis enthousiasme en goesting om te leren zijn doorslaggevend.
  • Talen: Uitstekend Nederlands in woord en geschrift (belangrijk voor klantcontact en het schrijven van teksten/blogs). Een goede basiskennis van het Frans en Engels is een belangrijke troef.
  • Profiel: Je bent organisatorisch sterk, houdt vlot het overzicht over meerdere webshops en leert graag nieuwe tools en producten kennen.
  • Je vindt de afwisseling tussen bureauwerk, creatief/ondersteunend werk en fysiek magazijnwerk juist fijn, en je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Aangezien we in Hollebeke gevestigd zijn en het openbaar vervoer hier beperkt is, beschik je idealiter over een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen.
