Fraud Project Manager – Financial Services | Consulting | Brussels | Projective Group | from €5.5k

Want to drive strategic fraud initiatives that strengthen how banks and insurers detect, prevent and manage fraud?

Join Projective Group as a Fraud Project Manager and help financial institutions manage evolving fraud challenges. You'll guide projects ranging from fraud platform transformations and fraud prevention initiatives to operating model redesign, fraud governance and AI-powered fraud detection solutions.

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • +8 years of experience in project management on fraud topics in the financial services or payments industries.
  • Native fluency in Dutch or French and fluent English
  • A degree in law, criminology, business or a related field.
  • Experience working in consulting or in a project-based role.
  • Proven track record guiding transformation programmes, regulatory projects or operational change initiatives.
  • Good understanding of fraud risk management and fraud prevention within financial services.
  • Familiarity with fraud monitoring, transaction monitoring, financial crime frameworks and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

What will you do?

As a Fraud Project Manager, you will guide strategic fraud transformation initiatives, helping financial institutions strengthen their fraud prevention capabilities. Your key responsibilities:

  • Guiding end-to-end fraud transformation programmes within financial institutions.
  • Translating strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Managing large-scale change initiatives involving fraud, risk and compliance.
  • Coordinating teams and driving stakeholder alignment.
  • Supporting the implementation of fraud prevention and monitoring solutions.
  • Monitoring programme delivery, managing risks and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
