Als Junior Content Marketeer bij Projective Group vertaal je de kennis en expertise van onze consultants naar sterke, herkenbare content. Van artikelen en klantcases tot carrousels, nieuwsbrieven en presentaties: jij zorgt ervoor dat inhoud niet alleen klopt, maar ook helder, aantrekkelijk en visueel sterk wordt gepresenteerd.

Je werkt nauw samen met onze Marketing Lead en inhoudelijke experts binnen de organisatie. Je krijgt duidelijke kaders en begeleiding, maar ook steeds meer ruimte om zelf formats te bedenken, content te produceren en te ontdekken wat goed werkt voor onze doelgroepen. De kern van de functie is dan ook echt maken, schrijven en vormgeven.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Consultants en inhoudelijke experts interviewen en hun kennis vertalen naar toegankelijke artikelen, klantcases, social copy en scripts.
  • Creatieve contentformats bedenken en produceren, zoals carrousels, explainers, eenvoudige infographics en short-form visuals.
  • Meewerken aan onze Nederlandse nieuwsbrief en zorgen voor sterke redactie, opmaak en kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Presentaties naar een hoger niveau tillen door PowerPoint-templates, slide libraries en visuele bouwstenen te ontwikkelen en onderhouden.
  • Ruwe inhoud vertalen naar heldere, visueel sterke presentaties en andere content.
  • Onze tone of voice, huisstijl en redactionele richtlijnen consequent toepassen.
  • AI-tools slim en verantwoord inzetten voor research, conceptontwikkeling, herschrijven en kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Content beter vindbaar maken door rekening te houden met SEO en nieuwe ontwikkelingen rondom GEO en AI-search.
  • Nieuwe contenttrends signaleren en samen met het Marketing-team experimenteren met nieuwe formats.

Wat breng je mee? Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld vanuit communicatie, Creative Business, marketing of een vergelijkbare richting. Je hebt tot twee jaar relevante ervaring. Dat kan ook uit stages, eigen projecten of freelancewerk komen — een overtuigend portfolio vinden we minstens zo interessant.

Je schrijft en redigeert uitstekend in het Nederlands en kunt je professioneel redden in het Engels. Daarnaast heb je gevoel voor beeld, compositie en storytelling en weet je hoe je content aantrekkelijk maakt voor verschillende digitale kanalen.

Je kunt goed overweg met Canva en PowerPoint en hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring met Adobe Creative Cloud. Je hebt basiskennis van SEO en vindt ontwikkelingen rondom AI en nieuwe manieren van online zoeken interessant.

Belangrijker nog: je bent nieuwsgierig. Je stelt goede vragen, haalt actief informatie op en vindt het leuk om van inhoudelijke input iets te maken waar mensen echt iets aan hebben. Je werkt nauwkeurig, staat open voor feedback en kunt verschillende contentproducties goed naast elkaar organiseren.
