Beschik je over ervaring als Legal Consultant en wil jij met de Practice Legal, Risk & Compliance meegroeien? Wij zijn op zoek naar een (Medior) Legal Consultant die het leuk vindt om voor meerdere klanten tegelijk te werken. Heb jij al enige ervaring opgedaan binnen het juridische werkveld en wil je jouw kennis verder ontwikkelen in een dynamische omgeving?

  • Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding rechten.
  • 3 – 5 jaar passende werkervaring, in de financiële sector
  • Kennis van financieel recht; zoals Wft/Wwft.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Resultaatgericht, proactief, flexibel, leergierig en pragmatisch.
  • Het vermogen om kansen te identificeren en een goed netwerk te ontwikkelen.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, in woord en geschrift.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als (Medior) Legal Consultant help je financiële instellingen – van gevestigde partijen tot nieuwe (inter)nationale toetreders om compliant te blijven met wet- en regelgeving, zoals de Wft en Wwft.
  • Je bent lid van de redactie van Ruler, onze Legal Watch & Compliance tool.
  • Je helpt financiële instellingen om de impact van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving volledig te doorgronden, en in control te blijven van regulatory change.
  • Je biedt klanten pragmatische adviezen en eenvoudige oplossingen en ondersteunt financiële instellingen op interim- of doorlopende basis.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij contact met toezichthouders, zoals bij onderzoeken, informatieverzoeken of thematische reviews.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig én in teamverband met getalenteerde collega’s, waarbij kennisdeling en samenwerking centraal staan.
  • Je bent actief betrokken bij verschillende typen financiële instellingen en bouwt zo brede kennis op van hun activiteiten, processen, documentatie en de relevante wetgeving.
  • Je draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze dienstverlening.
