- Act as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions to payments-related business challenges.
- Manage relationships with key payments clients, understanding their priorities, identifying opportunities and helping to develop long-term partnerships.
- Lead the development of sales proposals, client presentations and responses to RFPs, working with colleagues to secure new consulting engagements.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our UK Payments Practice, working alongside senior leaders to strengthen our capabilities, develop new opportunities and support the recruitment of payments consultants.
- Represent Projective Group at payments industry events, building relationships, sharing market insights and strengthening our presence within the payments community.
- Collaborate with our Strategy Service Line and wider consulting teams, bringing together relevant expertise to develop client solutions and support business growth.
- Share your experience with colleagues, mentoring consultants and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing consulting environment.

- Proven experience leading complex programmes, taking accountability for delivery outcomes while managing senior stakeholders, project teams and competing priorities.
- A strong understanding of the UK and European payments landscape, including forthcoming regulatory and industry developments such as CHAPS settlement changes, SWIFT messaging initiatives, SEPA rulebook updates and the digital euro.
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience leading sales proposals, contributing to business development activities and managing senior client relationships.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to advise and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
- Experience contributing to practice development, mentoring consultants and collaborating across consulting teams to develop client solutions and new opportunities.
- A pragmatic, collaborative approach to consulting, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and adapt to different client environments.
Why Join Projective Group?
- Enjoy the autonomy and opportunity to influence a growing consulting practice, where your ideas, experience and contributions can make a genuine difference.
- Work alongside experienced payments specialists and consulting professionals across our international business, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Be part of a collaborative consultancy that values entrepreneurship, pragmatism and selflessness, where good ideas are valued regardless of job title.
- Benefit from a generous annual training allowance, professional development opportunities and support from experienced colleagues.
- Receive a competitive salary, bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and a non-contributory pension.
- Work from our London office in the heart of the city, designed to support collaboration, learning and connection.
