Du kommst aus einer renommierten Beratung oder hast einschlägige Erfahrungen im Bereich Capital Markets, Asset Management und Risikomanagement? Auf unseren Projekten arbeiten wir zusammen mit unseren Kunden an herausfordernden Themen, die die Finanzindustrie beschäftigen. Dabei agieren unsere Kollegen (m/f/d) als starke Teamplayer mit hoher Selbstverantwortung. D.h. wir bieten Freiheiten und einen Spielraum, selbst am Markt und bei Kunden zu agieren. Dabei fordern wir ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein und Flexibilität. Profil

  • Erfolgreicher Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor/Diplom/Master) der Wirtschaftswissen-schaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Berufserfahrungen (>2 Jahre) in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche / Unternehmens-beratung im Bereich Capital Markets, Riskomanagement und Compliance.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Business Analyse, Prozess-optimierung und fachliche Kenntnisse, wie z.B. Trading / Clearing, Post-Merger Integration, Regulatorik und IT-Transformation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Kapitalmarktprodukte und -prozesse (z.B. in den Assetklassen Fixed Income, FX, MM, Equities sowie deren Derivate oder in den Funktionen Sales, Trading, Middle Office, Operations, Risk)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Standardsystemen im Capital Markets Umfeld (z.B. Murex, Calypso, Front Arena, K+, Colline oder vergleichbaren Systemen)
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Kenntnisse von Agilen Methoden (z.B. Scrum, SAFe, LEAN) und Software-Anwendungen (z.B. JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
  • Spaß an Teamarbeit / starke Teamfähigkeit
  • Sichere Präsentations- und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Versiert im Umgang mit MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Bereitschaft, unsere Kunden bestmöglich zu unterstützen – vor Ort international, aber auch immer häufiger remote
