Ben jij een ervaren Legal, Risk & Compliance Payments professional? Hoe wij werken Binnen Projective Group werk je als consultant met een grote mate van zelfstandigheid en eigenaarschap. Je weet commerciële kansen te herkennen en benutten, bijvoorbeeld door actief in gesprek te gaan met bestaande en nieuwe klanten. Je plant en beheert je eigen agenda, organiseert je werkzaamheden efficiënt en stemt waar nodig proactief af met de klant om verwachtingen helder te houden. Deze vrijheid vraagt verantwoordelijkheid, maar biedt je tegelijkertijd de ruimte om jouw expertise volledig tot zijn recht te laten komen en je rol op een eigen manier vorm te geven. Wat heb je nodig voor deze rol?

  • 15–20 jaar relevante (internationale) ervaring in de financiële sector, met sterke focus op payments
  • Senior achtergrond in legal, risk & compliance binnen o.a. betaalinstellingen, EMI’s, banken, fintechs of toezichthouders
  • Sterke kennis van Europese en nationale regelgeving zoals PSD2/PSD3, PSR, EMD2, AMLD, MiCAR, Wft en Wwft
  • Ruime ervaring met vergunningaanvragen (betaalinstellingen, EMI’s, cryptodienstverleners en evt. banken)
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met governance‑ en compliance‑frameworks en structurele interactie met toezichthouders (DNB/AFM; pré: NBB, BaFin, ACPR, FCA)
  • Diepgaande expertise in KYC/CDD, AML/CTF, sancties, transactiemonitoring, FIU‑processen, screening en SIRA
  • Ervaring met frauderisicobeheersing, beleid & procedureontwikkeling en interne audits/compliance reviews
  • Sterke marktkennis van payments, fintech, embedded finance, digital assets en relevante technologische ontwikkelingen (open banking, instant payments, AI)
  • Commercieel vaardig met een relevant netwerk en vermogen om kansen te identificeren en klantrelaties uit te bouwen
  • Analytisch, strategisch, hands‑on, communicatief sterk en in staat vertrouwen te winnen op directie- en bestuursniveau
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, in woord en geschrift
