Voici un bref aperçu des tâches et des responsabilités :

  • Identifier et documenter les capacités fonctionnelles nécessaires pour répondre aux besoins d’affaires exprimés ;
  • Déterminer les applications et services impliqués dans les solutions et évaluer leurs impacts (cohabitation, dépendances, performance, sécurité) ;
  • Élaborer les orientations TI supportant les solutions retenues ;
  • Produire les dossiers d’architecture de solutions, incluant la couverture des requis non fonctionnels ;
  • Décrire et vulgariser les solutions au moyen de schémas et modèles architecturaux (idéalement en Archimate) ;
  • Accompagner les équipes dans la conception détaillée et l’intégration des solutions ;
  • Élaborer des stratégies de transition, cohabitation, conversion et délestage ;
  • Communiquer efficacement avec différents types d’auditoires : affaires, fonctionnels, développeurs gestionnaires, scrum master, chargé·e de livraison ;
  • S’assurer de la conformité des solutions aux normes, standards et orientations de l’entreprise ;
  • Définir et faire respecter les bonnes pratiques de développement de la solution cloud de Guidewire ;
  • Encadrer les développeurs et servir de référence technique pour ce qui touche la suite Guidewire.

Requirements

Le profil recherché est le suivant :

  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire en informatique ou une formation équivalente ;
  • Posséder un minimum de huit (8) ans d’expérience à titre d’architecte de solutions ou dans un rôle connexe ;
  • Cumuler un minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience avec la suite Guidewire ;
  • Démontrer une expérience significative à titre d’architecte de solutions dans le cadre de projets ;
  • Posséder une expérience en intégration interapplicative (API, Web Services, architecture événementielle);
  • Gérer efficacement les priorités, planifier son travail et évoluer dans un environnement matriciel ;
  • Maîtriser un ou plusieurs référentiels d’architecture ainsi que la notation ArchiMate ;
  • Maîtriser les concepts et les méthodes de déploiement de solutions applicatives sur des infrastructures sur site et infonuagiques (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS et CaaS) ;
  • Posséder une expérience de l’architecture orientée microservices ;
  • Maîtriser la suite Guidewire, notamment PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter et BillingCenter ;
  • Connaître les API de la suite Guidewire ;
  • Maîtriser le langage Gosu ainsi que la configuration des pages PCF des produits Guidewire ;
  • Ce poste exige de travailler principalement en français, tout en nécessitant une maîtrise fonctionnelle de l'anglais pour les tâches quotidiennes. Cette compétence en anglais est essentielle pour comprendre la documentation et assurer une communication professionnelle avec la clientèle, les fournisseurs et les collègues à travers le Canada.
