  • Kaufmännische Steuerung: Gesamtverantwortung für zentrale kaufmännische Themen, insbesondere Finanzen und Controlling, Liquiditätssteuerung sowie Personal, Organisation und IT.
  • Organisationsentwicklung: Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Abläufen zur Unterstützung des Unternehmenswachstums.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Bereich zur Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe und einer optimalen Verzahnung aller Unternehmensbereiche.
  • Vertriebsstrategie: Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebs sowie Etablierung eines leistungsstarken Kundenmanagements mit Fokus auf nachhaltiges Wachstum.
  • Kundenberatung: Kompetente Beratung von Kunden zu Themen rund um Energieeffizienz und Fördermittel sowie Begleitung entlang des gesamten Prozesses.
  • Netzwerkaufbau: Entwicklung und Ausbau eines belastbaren Netzwerks aus Partnern, Kunden und relevanten Multiplikatoren zur gezielten Geschäftsentwicklung.

Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen

  • Unternehmerisches Denken: Unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Vertriebsfokus und dem Anspruch, aktiv Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Vertriebs- und Beratungskompetenz: Erfahrung in der Beratung erklärungsbedürftiger Dienstleistungen sowie im Vertrieb und im kaufmännischen Umfeld, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Bau, Sanierung oder Energieberatung.
  • Analytische Stärke: Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Entscheidungsstärke.
  • Umsetzungsorientierung: Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit Pragmatismus und einer hohen Umsetzungsstärke sowie einem klaren Blick für effiziente und wirtschaftliche Lösungen.
  • Kaufmännische Expertise: Fundierte Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Steuerung von Unternehmen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Controlling, Budgetplanung und Ergebnisverantwortung.
