Funktion und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Technische Gesamtverantwortung: Gesamtverantwortung für den technischen Bereich sowie Steuerung aller Projekte entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.
  • Mitarbeiterführung: Führung und Weiterentwicklung des technischen Teams mit dem Ziel, Qualität, Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit nachhaltig sicherzustellen.
  • Qualitätsmanagement: Sicherstellung einer hohen fachlichen Qualität in der Energieberatung und bei Sanierungsprojekten sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Standards und Prozessen.
  • Technische Beratung: Zentrale Ansprechperson für technische Fragestellungen und kompetente Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Eigentümerversammlungen und internen Teams.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem kaufmännischen Bereich zur Sicherstellung effizienter und reibungsloser Abläufe.

Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen

  • Technische Qualifikation: Technischer Hintergrund, beispielsweise im Bauingenieurwesen, in der TGA-/Versorgungstechnik oder in der Energieberatung.
  • Branchenerfahrung: Erfahrung in den Bereichen Bau, Sanierung oder Energieeffizienz sowie ein gutes Verständnis für technische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
  • Führungskompetenz: Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Motivation und Eignung, den nächsten Schritt in eine verantwortungsvolle Führungsrolle zu gehen.
  • Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch und ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Kunden, Partnern und internen Teams.
