Funktion und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Akquise und Betreuung von Verkaufsinteressenten in Kassel und Umgebung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vermarktungsstrategien für Immobilien
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Exposés sowie Veröffentlichung auf geeigneten Plattformen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Besichtigungen inklusive Beratung und Präsentation
  • Marktwertermittlung, Preisfindung und Verhandlungsführung bis zum Abschluss
  • Koordination mit Notaren und Vorbereitung relevanter Vertragsunterlagen
  • Pflege und Ausbau des Kunden- und Eigentümerkontaktnetzwerks
  • Marktbeobachtung zur Identifizierung neuer Verkaufschancen

Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich (z. B. Immobilienkaufmann/-frau, Immobilienfachwirt/-in) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Vertriebsfokus
  • Berufserfahrung im Immobilienvertrieb oder in einer vergleichbaren verkaufsorientierten Tätigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Abschlussorientierung, Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte, genaue und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Outlook, Word, Excel) sowie Bereitschaft, sich in interne Systeme schnell einzuarbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsmentalität
  • Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
