Funktion und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Unterstützung der Versicherungsexpertin – Du kümmerst dich um administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben rund um die Versicherungsverträge
  • Vertrags- und Schadensmanagement – Du prüfst und bearbeitest Versicherungsverträge sowie Schadensfälle und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung
  • Sachbearbeitung & Datenpflege – Du arbeitest mit Maklerverwaltungsprogrammen (idealerweise Insurgo) und hältst alle relevanten Daten stets aktuell
  • Kommunikation & Ansprechpartner – Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Verwaltende und unterstützt sie bei Fragen zu Verträgen und Schadensfällen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise – Du stellst sicher, dass alle Prozesse effizient und sorgfältig bearbeitet werden

Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche, idealerweise in der Vertragsbearbeitung oder im Schadensmanagement
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Versicherungskaufmann/-frau oder Versicherungsfachmann/-frau
  • Erfahrungen mit Maklerverwaltungsprogrammen – idealerweise kennst du dich mit Insurgo aus oder bist bereit, dich schnell einzuarbeiten
  • Strukturierte & eigenständige Arbeitsweise – Du arbeitest sorgfältig, organisiert und verlierst auch bei komplexen Aufgaben nicht den Überblick
  • Kommunikationsstärke & Teamfähigkeit – Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Verwaltende und kannst Informationen klar und verständlich vermitteln
