wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Asystent prokuratora WYMAGANIA OBLIGATORYJNE: Stosownie do art. 176 § 1 ustawy z dnia 28 stycznia 2016r. Prawo o prokuraturze (j.t. Dz.U. z 2026 r., poz. 810) na stanowisku asystenta prokuratora może być zatrudniony ten, kto: 1.Posiada obywatelstwo polskie i korzysta z pełni praw cywilnych i obywatelskich, a także nie był prawomocnie skazany za umyślne przestępstwo ścigane z oskarżenia publicznego; 2.Jest nieskazitelnego charakteru; 3.Ukończył wyższe studia w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i uzyskał tytuł magistra lub zagraniczne studia uznane w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, 4.Ukończył 24 lata. DODATKOWE POŻĄDANE CECHY, UMIEJĘTNOŚCI I KWALIFIKACJE: -Doświadczenie w pracy w prokuraturze, sądzie, policji, innych służbach mundurowych, celnych, skarbowych i kontroli finansowej, -Znajomość organizacji i funkcjonowania prokuratury oraz metod i techniki biurowej, -Umiejętność pracy w zespole i organizacji pracy własnej, -Komunikatywność, odporność na stres, dyspozycyjność, -Wysoka kultura osobista, -Ukończenie studiów prawniczych, aplikacji prokuratorskiej, sędziowskiej lub ogólnej w Krajowej Szkole Sądownictwa i Prokuratury Zgodnie z brzmieniem art. 3b ustawy z dnia 16 września 1982 roku o pracownikach urzędów państwowych (Dz.U. 2025 poz. 1459) pierwszeństwo w zatrudnieniu przysługuje osobie niepełnosprawnej, o ile spełnia wymagania na dane stanowisko.
