As a Press Assistant, you play a key role in supporting the setup, operation, changeover, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses. You’ll work side-by-side with the Press Operator to keep production running safely, efficiently, and with minimal waste—helping ensure every job is set up for success.

You’ll be joining a 24/7 flexographic printing operation that offers stable, set schedules and competitive pay: Starting Pay: $17.00/hour depending on experience $2,000 sign-on bonus Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Monday - Wednesday every other Thursday ? No swing or rotating shifts

As a Press Assistant, you play a key role in supporting the setup, operation, changeover, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses. You‘ll work side-by-side with the Press Operator to keep production running safely, efficiently, and with minimal waste—helping ensure every job is set up for success.

You‘ll be joining a 24/7 flexographic printing operation that offers stable, set schedules and competitive pay:

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour on experience

$2,000 sign-on bonus Shift: Monday - Wednesday every other Thursday 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ? No swing or rotating shifts

Are you motivated by hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced production team?

In this role, you will:

Support the Press Operator during press setup, operation, and changeovers to minimize waste and downtime Prepare for upcoming jobs by staging ink, plates, cores, and materials Retrieve ink from inventory and assist with cutting and preparing cores as needed Perform general cleaning and empty waste bins to maintain an organized work area Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety requirements Assist with routine press maintenance and support efficient production workflows Coordinate daily responsibilities with the Operator to keep production running on schedule Perform other duties as assigned to support press and production operations

Work effectively in an active team environment. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Differentiate colors. Add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch.
