Voor een organisatie die personen met een beperking ondersteunt bij hun persoonsvolgend budget, zoeken we een helpdeskmedewerker die met een warm hart en een praktische aanpak het verschil wil maken. Je bent een eerste aanspreekpunt voor budgethouders en helpt hen met hun vragen, zodat ze zich gehoord en ondersteund voelen.

Als helpdeskmedewerker ben jij een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor budgethouders. Via telefoon en e-mail beantwoord je vragen, geef je informatie en zoek je mee naar de juiste oplossing. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen zich welkom voelen en weten waar ze terechtkunnen.

Wat houdt jouw takenpakket in?

  • Je beantwoordt telefonische oproepen en e-mails en volgt gemiste oproepen op.
  • Je geeft algemene informatie over het persoonlijke-assistentiebudget (PAB) en het persoonsvolgend budget (PVB).
  • Je luistert naar de vragen en bezorgdheden van budgethouders en helpt hen verder of verwijst hen door naar de juiste instantie.
  • Je verwerkt nieuwe aanmeldingen en plant afspraken voor huisbezoeken in.
  • Je houdt de mailbox overzichtelijk en deelt belangrijke informatie met je collega’s.
  • Je ondersteunt bij administratieve taken rond budgetten, kostenstaten en overeenkomsten.
  • Je helpt de coaches sporadisch met administratieve opvolging en de organisatie van vormingen.
  • Je stemt af met je collega’s en neemt deel aan teamvergaderingen.

Je werkt 20 uur per week, volgens dit uurrooster:

  • Maandag: 9.00 – 12.00 uur en 12.30 – 16.30 uur
  • Dinsdag: 9.00 – 12.00 uur en 12.30 – 16.30 uur
  • Donderdag: 9.00 – 12.00 uur en 12.30 – 15.30 uur

Het gaat om een tijdelijke opdracht die onmiddellijk kan starten en loopt tot en met 31 december 2026, met een reële kans op verlenging.

  • Je bent sociaal, empathisch en communicatief sterk. Je geeft mensen graag het gevoel dat ze bij jou terechtkunnen.
  • Je luistert aandachtig, stelt gerichte vragen en legt informatie op een duidelijke manier uit.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kan zelfstandig je administratie opvolgen.
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer iemand onzeker is of met veel vragen zit.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en weet wanneer je zelf verder kan helpen of een collega inschakelt.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Kennis van PAB, PVB of persoonsvolgende financiering is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must. Je motivatie en bereidheid om bij te leren zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
