The posting

Voor een woonzorgcentrum zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en betrokken verpleegkundige die tijdelijk ondersteuning wil bieden aan het zorgteam. Zowel afdeling 2, waar bewoners met dementie verblijven, als afdeling 3, een gemengde afdeling, kijken uit naar een warme collega die met aandacht en professionaliteit mee het verschil wil maken in het dagelijks leven van de bewoners.

De opdracht start vanaf 1 juni en loopt minstens 3 maanden, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging. Een voltijdse tewerkstelling heeft de voorkeur, maar een regime van 80% is zeker bespreekbaar.

Als verpleegkundige binnen het WZC sta je mee in voor kwaliteitsvolle en persoonsgerichte zorg. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines en zorgt ervoor dat bewoners zich veilig, gehoord en ondersteund voelen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Toedienen van medicatie en uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen
  • Observeren van bewoners en rapporteren van veranderingen in hun gezondheidstoestand
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van zorgplannen
  • Ondersteunen van bewoners in hun dagelijkse zorgbehoeften
  • Samenwerken met artsen, zorgkundigen en andere collega’s
  • Mee creëren van een warme en huiselijke leefomgeving
  • Correcte registratie en opvolging van verpleegkundige dossiers

Op afdeling 2 is affiniteit met bewoners met dementie een grote meerwaarde. Op beide afdelingen is heldere communicatie en een rustige, empathische aanpak belangrijk.

We zoeken een verpleegkundige die:

  • Beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde (graduaat/bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO5 verpleegkunde)
  • In het bezit is van een geldig visum als verpleegkundige
  • Zich vlot kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Zorgzaam, verantwoordelijk en collegiaal ingesteld is
  • Zelfstandig kan werken maar ook graag deel uitmaakt van een team
  • Respectvol omgaat met bewoners, familieleden en collega’s
  • Flexibel inzetbaar is binnen de werking van het woonzorgcentrum

Bijkomende opleidingen of ervaring binnen ouderenzorg, dementiezorg of palliatieve zorg zijn zeker een pluspunt.
