Je beheert een eigen klantenportefeuille en bouwt actief aan duurzame klantenrelaties. Door regelmatig contact te onderhouden, creëer je vertrouwen en speel je in op commerciële opportuniteiten.

Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en salescollega's. Via telefoon en e-mail sta je klanten professioneel te woord en begeleid je hen bij vragen over producten, bestellingen en leveringen.

Je communiceert dagelijks in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels met klanten verspreid over Europa, met een sterke focus op de Franstalige markt.

Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen van A tot Z en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging, zodat klanten kunnen rekenen op een vlotte en tijdige levering.

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen, waaronder logistiek, facturatie en sales, om een optimale klantenervaring te garanderen.

Je behandelt vragen en klachten op een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte manier en zorgt ervoor dat klanten steeds correct en professioneel worden geholpen.

Je volgt retours, creditnota's en debetnota's nauwgezet op en bewaakt een correcte administratieve afhandeling.

Je detecteert opportuniteiten binnen jouw klantenbestand en denkt commercieel mee om de klantentevredenheid en samenwerking verder te versterken.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een klantgerichte professional die energie haalt uit dagelijks klantencontact en het uitbouwen van duurzame relaties. Je begrijpt als geen ander dat een uitstekende service hand in hand gaat met een commerciële mindset. Door goed te luisteren naar de behoeften van klanten weet je opportuniteiten te detecteren en draag je actief bij aan klanttevredenheid én verdere groei.

Jouw profiel:

Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen customer service, sales support of een commerciële binnendienstfunctie.

Je haalt voldoening uit frequent klantencontact en fungeert graag als vertrouwenspersoon voor jouw klantenportefeuille.

Je combineert een sterke servicegerichtheid met commercieel inzicht en weet opportuniteiten op een natuurlijke manier te herkennen en op te volgen.

Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt moeiteloos professionele relaties op met klanten, collega's en externe partners.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en blijft efficiënt functioneren in een dynamische omgeving.

Je denkt oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief en houdt steeds het overzicht.

Je communiceert vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Gezien het internationale karakter van de functie en de focus op de Franse markt zijn sterke taalvaardigheden essentieel.

Kennis van het Duits vormt een mooie extra troef.

Kortom: je bent een commercieel ingestelde customer service professional die graag in contact staat met klanten, meerdere talen vlot beheerst en zich thuis voelt in een dynamische omgeving waar service en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.
