The posting

Si vous avez de l’expérience dans l’industrie alimentaire (porc), bienvenus! Car grâce à la Butchers Academy, des personnes avec trop peude connaissances préalables sont formées de A à Z pour désosser une pièce spécifique.

En tant que futur boucher / boucher / désosseur, vous recevrez une formation intensive. Vous êtes aux côtés de collègues expérimentés et d’un formateur. Chacun se voit attribuer sa propre tâche, cela va de la coupe des épaules au ventre, en passant par les côtes, etc.

À partir de 25 jours ouvrables dans cette formation, un contrat à durée indéterminée s’ensuit dans lequel vos points forts et vos intérêts sont évalués - et peut-être même vos ambitions professionnelles.

Nous recherchons des personnes qui :

  • Avoir soif d’apprendre et pleines d’ambition pour donner le meilleur d’elles-mêmes au travail chaque jour !
  • Les lève-tôt sont: départ à 4h55
  • Garder un horaire flexible: selon la saison (période de Noël, temps des BBQ en été...) vous faites plus ou moins d’heures, et vous gagnez un joli centime à côté ! La semaine de travail normale est de 38 heures.
  • Peut travailler dans un environnement froid (environ 5°).
  • Aimerait travailler dans l’industrie alimentaire (porc): les normes de qualité et d’hygiène sont strictes.
  • Être capable d’effectuer un travail physique: vous travaillez debout à votre poste de travail toute la journée. Il existe des petits morceaux de viande, mais aussi des plus gros (jambons, côtes entières...).
  • Etre en mesure de se rendre à Westrozebeke vous-même (moyens de transport personnels - voiture, vélo, scooter, etc.). A 4h30 du matin, il n’y a pas encore de bus...
  • En termes de langue: nous devons être en mesure de communiquer avec vous en néerlandais, en anglais ou en français - ici, chaque personne a une chance égale !
