PROMAN Jobs Charleroi recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) Support IT pour rejoindre une entreprise familiale en pleine croissance, spécialisée dans la distribution de matériaux destinés aux professionnels.

¿ Lieu : Charleroi¿ Contrat : Intérim avec perspective d'engagement en CDI¿ Régime : Temps plein¿ Salaire : 2.413,09 € brut/mois + avantages

¿ Votre mission

Au sein du service informatique, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement des équipements et accompagnez les collaborateurs dans leurs besoins informatiques quotidiens.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Assurer le support informatique auprès des utilisateurs, sur site et à distance.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels.
  • Participer au support opérationnel de l'ERP.
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les équipements informatiques : ordinateurs, smartphones, tablettes, imprimantes et téléphonie VOIP.
  • Gérer les comptes utilisateurs et les droits d'accès.
  • Participer à la gestion du parc informatique et aux commandes de matériel.
  • Rédiger et actualiser les procédures informatiques.
  • Accompagner et former les utilisateurs.
  • Contribuer à différents projets informatiques internes.

¿ Votre profil

Vous disposez d'un bachelier en informatique ou d'une expérience professionnelle équivalente.

Vous possédez :

  • Une bonne maîtrise des environnements Windows et Microsoft 365.
  • Des connaissances générales en matériel informatique et réseaux.
  • Une compréhension du fonctionnement d'un ERP.
  • Des notions de bases de données et de SQL.
  • Une bonne compréhension de l'anglais technique.
  • Le permis B.

Des connaissances en virtualisation et en gestion de parc informatique constituent des atouts supplémentaires.

Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes autonome, organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et appréciez le travail en équipe.

Vous aimez trouver des solutions et accompagner les utilisateurs avec patience et professionnalisme.
