Als Assistant IPMT zorg je voor de planning en opvolging van herstelonderzoeken.

**Wat houdt dat concreet in?**

Je zorgt voor de administratieve en logistieke ondersteuning van geneesheren en psychologen; je maakt afspraakplanningen voor hen op, zorgt ervoor dat zij over de nodige gegevens beschikken van de IPMT kandidaten, ….

Je zorgt voor de administratieve volledigheid van de IPMT kandidatendossiers, zoekt naar ontbrekende of bijkomende gegevens, vult deze aan en beheert het (digitale) klassement.

Je zorgt voor een professioneel en persoonlijk telefonisch of face-to-face onthaal van kandidaten, parketten en derde partijen.

Je informeert stakeholders (politie, parket, …) tijdig en correct en waakt erover het bestaande netwerk constructief in stand te houden.

Je zorgt voor een goede voorbereiding van de testsessies, begeleidt de kandidaten tijdens de testafname, zorgt voor het genereren van de testrapporten en stelt deze ter beschikking van de dokter en psycholoog. - Dat je zeer **accuraat** kan werken en een geboren **planner** en **organisator** bent.

- Dat je een **proactieve teamspeler** bent, die duurzame relaties aangaat en uitbouwt met alle stakeholders.

- Dat je **eigenaarschap** neemt over je eigen werk.

- Dat je **flexibel** bent ingesteld.
