Als Assistent Operations Manager speel je een sleutelrol binnen Euroports. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve operationele en administratieve werking van de terminal.

Wij vragen

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdenkniveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een operationele omgeving.
  • Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring of duidelijk affiniteit met het aansturen en coachen van een operationeel team.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen, ook in een dynamische en stressvolle werkomgeving.
  • Je werkt proactief, probleemoplossend en besluitvaardig, met oog op veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt klantgericht.
  • Je beheerst een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans, en Engels.
  • Je bent een krak in het werken met MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Je hebt al eerder gewerkt met ERP-systemen en WMS-systemen.
