Heb jij een talent voor organiseren en werk je graag met mensen? Hou je ervan om mee te zorgen dat een winkel vlot draait en klanten met een goed gevoel buiten stappen? Dan ben jij misschien de assistent winkelverantwoordelijke die we zoeken voor een bakkerijwinkel in Torhout

In deze rol ondersteun je de winkelverantwoordelijke en help je mee om het team aan te sturen. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de winkel elke dag klaarstaat voor klanten en dat alles achter de schermen vlot verloopt.

Een voltijdse functie (38 uur per week).Een afwisselend uurrooster met weekendwerk.Een marktconform loon (€15.71/u), aangevuld met:

  • maaltijdcheques van €7/gewerkte dag
  • weekendpremies (zaterdag 25% en zondag 50%)
  • een bonusregeling (CAO 90 bonus max €600)

Wij vragen

  • Je hebt minstens een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Ervaring in de retail of een leidinggevende rol is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent klantgericht, positief en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en weet ook hoe je een team motiveert.
  • Je houdt van structuur en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en communiceert vlot.
  • Je kan goed overweg met courante computerprogramma’s.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
