**Prestatiesturing & rapportering**

- Opmaken en consolideren van financiële en operationele rapporteringen voor management en field

- Bewaken van de juistheid en consistentie van KPI’s en dashboards (o.a. omzet, marge, volume, productiviteit)

- Analyseren van P&L’s per business unit, regio en kantoor

- Formuleren van duidelijke inzichten en mee uitwerken van verbeteracties samen met de business

**Analyse & marge-sturing**

- Uitvoeren van omzet-, marge-, mix- en volumeanalyses

- Actief opvolgen van marge-drivers (prijszetting, loonkosten, productiviteit, indexaties)

- Initiëren en ondersteunen van marge-verhogende acties

**Budget, forecast & planning**

- Coördineren van budget- en forecastprocessen in een snel veranderende omgeving

- Bewaken van aannames en zorgen voor een sterke top-down en bottom-up afstemming

**Maandafsluiting & financiële cyclus**

- Ondersteunen en challengen van de maandafsluiting

- Bewaken van cut-offs, reconciliaties en kwaliteit van cijfers

**Business partnering & prijszetting**

- Sparringpartner voor management, sales en operations

- Ondersteunen bij commerciële beslissingen en prijszetting

- Opmaken en valideren van prijscalculaties en rendementsanalyses

- Toelichten van cijfers aan niet-financiële stakeholders en geven van financiële inzichten

**Procesoptimalisatie & datakwaliteit**

- Detecteren van datakwaliteitsissues en inefficiënties in processen

- Proactief voorstellen en implementeren van verbeteringen - **10 tot 15 jaar ervaring** in business controlling, bij voorkeur in staffing, dienstverlening of een projectgedreven omgeving

- **Sectorervaring in uitzend- of staffingbedrijven is een sterke pré**

- Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team. We zoeken een echte people manager.

- **Masterdiploma** in (toegepaste) economische wetenschappen, handelsingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

- Sterk in **managementrapportering, P&L-analyse, marge- en KPI-sturing**

- Budgettering, forecasting en maandafsluitprocessen zijn voor jou vertrouwd terrein

- Goede kennis van **accounting fundamentals**

- Vlot met **Excel en BI-tools**; ervaring met rapporteringstools (bv. Bright Analytics) is een plus

- **Analytische en kritische** mindset gecombineerd met een pragmatische, businessgerichte aanpak

- Je kan complexe financiële inzichten helder uitleggen aan field en management

- Eigenaarschap, prioriteiten stellen en actief bijdragen aan **continuous improvement**

- Talen: **Nederlands vlot, Engels & Frans professioneel is een plus**
