H/F Description du poste : Vous êtes issu d'une formation en horlogerie ou en microtechnique et souhaitez donner une nouvelle dimension à votre expertise horlogère ? Nous vous proposons une fonction où votre savoir\-faire technique, votre sens de l'analyse et vos qualités relationnelles feront toute la différence. Au quotidien, vous mettrez vos compétences au service de l'identification et de l'évaluation des talents, tout en contribuant à la constitution de dossiers de candidature de grande qualité pour une clientèle exigeante. Vos missions Identifier, sélectionner et recruter les meilleurs profils des métiers de l'horlogerie et de la microtechnique. Conduire des entretiens de recrutement approfondis et évaluer les compétences techniques des candidats. Faire passer des tests horlogers et analyser les résultats avec précision. Assurer un suivi personnalisé des candidats tout au long du processus. Développer et entretenir des relations de confiance avec les candidats et les partenaires. Participer activement au développement du réseau de professionnels de la Vallée de Joux. Contribuer au développement et au rayonnement de la marque employeur grâce à un travail rigoureux et à un sens aigu du service. Exigence du poste : Votre profil Formation en horlogerie, microtechnique ou domaine technique équivalent. Expérience confirmée dans le secteur horloger. Excellente connaissance des métiers, des procédés et du tissu économique de la Vallée de Joux (indispensable). Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des moyens de communication. Sens de l'observation, esprit d'analyse et excellente capacité à évaluer les compétences techniques. Aisance relationnelle, excellente communication orale et écrite. Personnalité dynamique, vive d'esprit, curieuse et positive. Investissement, sens des responsabilités et grande autonomie. Organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
