In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat het wagenpark optimaal functioneert zodat medewerkers zich volop kunnen focussen op hun kerntaken

Wat mag je verwachten?

Een tijdelijke opdracht ter ondersteuning van de logistieke dienst.Een gevarieerde functie met veel contact en afwisseling.Een werkregime van minimaal drie tot maximaal vier dagen per week.Daguren van ongeveer 8u30 tot 17u00.Een correcte verloning volgens de geldende sectorbarema's, rekening houdend met relevante ervaring.Een grondige introductie en begeleiding tijdens jouw opstart.Een functie met maatschappelijke meerwaarde waarbij je medewerkers dagelijks ondersteunt.Een collegiale werksfeer binnen een professionele organisatie.

Een rijbewijs B.Ervaring met het rijden van handgeschakelde voertuigen.Een goede organisatorische aanleg.Een hands-on mentaliteit en probleemoplossende ingesteldheid.Basisvaardigheden in administratieve en digitale toepassingen.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.Een klant- en servicegerichte houding.Interesse in logistiek, mobiliteit of wagenparkbeheer.Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en prioriteiten te stellen.Flexibiliteit om je te verplaatsen tussen verschillende locaties. Technische kennis van voertuigen is geen vereiste. Jouw organisatorisch talent, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en praktische ingesteldheid zijn veel belangrijker.

Ter ondersteuning van het team zijn zij op zoek naar een tijdelijke Logistiek Assistent die mee zorgt voor een efficiënte opvolging van de bedrijfswagens.
