Heb je ervaring met het aansturen van logistieke operaties en ben je sterk in zowel people management als procesverbetering? Als operations manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van meerdere magazijnen binnen de food- en feedsector. Je stuurt teams aan op zowel linker- als rechteroever, bewaakt de resultaten en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

Wij vragen

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen een operationele omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met budgetbeheer en het opvolgen van KPI's.
  • Je hebt kennis van ISO 9001.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt beslissingen wanneer nodig.
  • Je communiceert vlot met medewerkers, klanten en interne stakeholders.
  • Je bent bereid om zowel op linker- als rechteroever actief te zijn.

Het bedrijf

Onze klant verzorgt logistieke oplossingen voor grondstoffen en producten binnen de food- en feedsector. De organisatie beheert magazijnen en logistieke processen voor internationale klanten en zet sterk in op kwaliteit, veiligheid en operationele efficiëntie. Je werkt vanuit de regio Antwerpen en speelt een belangrijke rol in de verdere uitbouw van de dienstverlening over meerdere sites.
