Voor een duurzame en toekomstgerichte organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Polyvalent Arbeider die een belangrijke rol speelt binnen een moderne sorteerinstallatie. Je draagt dagelijks bij aan een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkomgeving en helpt mee om afval een tweede leven te geven als grondstof of energiebron.

Wij bieden

Voltijdse tewerkstelling (38 uur per week).Interimopdracht minstens tot februari 2027.Tewerkstelling in een tweeploegenstelsel:05u00 - 13u0013u00 - 21u00Verloning volgens barema.Ploegenpremie van €2,42 bruto per uur.Maaltijdcheques van €8 per gewerkte dag.Ecocheques ter waarde van €200 per jaar.Fietsvergoeding van €0,35 per kilometer.Werken binnen een innovatieve en snel evoluerende sector.Een betekenisvolle job waarbij je dagelijks bijdraagt aan een duurzamere toekomst.

Wij vragen

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Jij beschikt over:

Ervaring met een heftruck. Ervaring met een hoogtewerker of schaarlift is een mooie plus.Geen probleem om te werken in een omgeving waar afval wordt verwerkt.Een goede fysieke conditie en bereidheid om actief werk uit te voeren.Een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn.Een goede kennis van het Nederlands.Een flexibele instelling en de bereidheid om collega's te ondersteunen waar nodig.Zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en zin voor initiatief.Ervaring met industriële reinigingswerken is een pluspunt.Technische basiskennis, bijvoorbeeld rond het reinigen van machines, werken met perslucht of werken op hoogte, vormt een extra troef.

Het bedrijf

Onze klant is een toonaangevende speler binnen de afval- en recyclagesector en zet sterk in op duurzaamheid, innovatie en maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen. Op de site in Harelbeke werd recent geïnvesteerd in een gloednieuwe bedrijfs- en grofvuilsorteerinstallatie die geïntegreerd is binnen een hoogtechnologische omgeving.

Door afvalstromen optimaal te verwerken, draagt het bedrijf actief bij aan een circulaire economie waarin afval opnieuw wordt ingezet als waardevolle grondstof of energiebron. Veiligheid, respect, betrokkenheid en kwaliteit staan hierbij centraal.
