Dan hebben wij een smakelijke uitdaging voor jou!Als productiemedewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in het productieproces van een uitgebreid assortiment voedingsproducten, waaronder soepen, smeersalades, bereide maaltijden, pasta's, voorgerechten en desserts.Je komt terecht in een dynamische productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, teamwork en vakmanschap centraal staan. Dankzij een grondige opleiding op de werkvloer leer je stap voor stap alle kneepjes van het vak.

Wij bieden

Je komt terecht in een stabiele onderneming binnen de voedingssector waar kwaliteit, teamwork en werkzekerheid centraal staan.Daarnaast mag je rekenen op:Een aantrekkelijk uurloon van €15,87 per uur.Een uitgebreide interne opleiding op de werkvloer.Een functie in dagploeg van 8u00 tot 16u30, met afhankelijk van de productieplanning af en toe wat flexibiliteit.Op vrijdag werk je slechts tot 14u30, wat zorgt voor een extra lang weekend.Vrij te kiezen verlofdagen in overleg met je collega's, met uitzondering van de drukke eindejaarsperiode.Werkzekerheid binnen een sterke en toekomstgerichte voedingsomgeving.Een veilige en gestructureerde werkomgeving waar welzijn voorop staat.

Wij vragen

Je bent iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en voldoening haalt uit het afleveren van kwaliteitsvolle producten. Je werkt nauwkeurig, respecteert procedures en draagt actief bij aan een vlot productieproces.Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands of communiceert vlot in het Engels.Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en inzet zijn minstens even belangrijk.Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid.Je respecteert de hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften die gelden binnen een voedingsomgeving.Je hebt een verzorgde uitstraling en houdt rekening met de geldende hygiënenormen.Je bent bereid te werken in een gekoelde omgeving tussen 0C en 4C.Je werkt graag samen met collega's en draagt bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.Je bent gemotiveerd, betrouwbaar en praktisch ingesteld.Jouw troeven Oog voor kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid Nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk Teamspeler met een positieve ingesteldheid Respect voor hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften Flexibel en hands-on ingesteld Bereid om te werken in een gekoelde omgeving
