Immo Point breidt uit! Voor ons gloednieuwe kantoor op het Zimmerplein in Lier zoeken we een ervaren vastgoedmakelaar met een echte ondernemersmentaliteit. Er ligt nog geen klantenportefeuille klaar: jij krijgt de kans om zelf relaties op te bouwen, nieuwe klanten aan te trekken en onze naamsbekendheid in de regio te vestigen. Een unieke uitdaging waarbij je de vrijheid én verantwoordelijkheid krijgt om het kantoor uit te bouwen en trots te zijn op het succes dat je zelf realiseert.

Wat ga je doen?Als vastgoedmakelaar begeleid je klanten bij de verkoop en verhuur van hun woning. Je bent hun aanspreekpunt van het eerste contact tot de uiteindelijke verkoop of verhuur.

Concreet betekent dat: - Je gaat op zoek naar nieuwe verkoop- en verhuuropdrachten; - Je voert schattingen uit en bespreekt onze aanpak met eigenaars; - Je organiseert bezoeken en begeleidt kandidaat-kopers en -huurders; - Je onderhandelt en volgt je klanten en dossiers zorgvuldig op; - Je bouwt mee aan een sterk netwerk en een goede reputatie in de regio; - Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kan altijd terugvallen op jouw office manager.

Wie zoeken we?Je kan terugvallen op reeds enkele jaren ervaring binnen het vastgoed en weet hoe het er in de sector aan toegaat. Een BIV-nummer is niet vereist.

Verder ben je iemand die: - bij voorkeur uit de regio Lier komt of deze goed kent, - vlot communiceert en gemakkelijk contact legt, - kansen ziet en initiatief neemt, - klantgericht én commercieel denkt, - zelfstandig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt, - graag deel uitmaakt van een team, - beschikt over een uitgebreid netwerk, - nauwkeurig werkt en dossiers goed opvolgt, - flexibel is en zijn/haar agenda kan afstemmen op de beschikbaarheid van klanten.
