Wir sind ein global tätiges Familienunternehmen in der Lebensmittelbranche und vertreiben Rohstoffe und Halbfabrikate im Bereich Kakao, Zucker, Schokolade und Vanille mit direkter Herkunft aus den Ursprungsländern. Wir legen dabei grossen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit, fairen Handel und biologisch produzierte sowie zertifizierte Rohstoffe.

Mit unserer eigenen Kakaoverarbeitung in Beringen und unseren internationalen Aktivitäten entwickeln wir uns laufend weiter. Dabei wollen wir auch unsere Geschäftsprozesse und die IT\-Landschaft durch Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und den gezielten Einsatz neuer Technologien kontinuierlich modernisieren. Digital Transformation Manager (m/w/d) 80 \- 100% =================================================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du treibst die Digitalisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse voran und identifizierst Potenziale für Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung.
  • Du leitest IT\- und Digitalisierungsprojekte eigenständig – von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Evaluation bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung. Zu den aktuellen Schwerpunkten gehören unter anderem die Einführung einer Produktionsplanungssoftware, die Digitalisierung des Purchase\-to\-Pay\-Prozesses sowie die Weiterentwicklung unserer ERP\-Landschaft (Opacc).
  • Du evaluierst neue Technologien, Automatisierungs\- und KI\-Lösungen und setzt diese gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern in die Praxis um.
  • Du stellst das optimale Zusammenspiel unserer Business\-Applikationen, Schnittstellen und Datenflüsse sicher und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Fachabteilungen, IT und externen Dienstleistern.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine Aus\- oder Weiterbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft mit IT\-Schwerpunkt oder bringst vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie in der Umsetzung von IT\- und Digitalisierungsprojekten.
  • Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für ERP\-Systeme und das Zusammenspiel verschiedener Anwendungen mit und arbeitest dich gerne in neue Technologien ein.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, hinterfragst Bestehendes und entwickelst nachhaltige, wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Lösungen, die du dank deiner technischen Versiertheit und Hands\-on\-Mentalität auch selbst in die Praxis umsetzt.
  • Du behältst auch bei komplexen Projekten und unterschiedlichen Interessen den Überblick und verstehst es, Menschen für neue Lösungen und Veränderungen zu gewinnen.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse. Spanisch ist von Vorteil.
