  • Berufsschule mit Blockunterricht: Friedrich-List Berufskolleg in Herford
  • Ausbildungsvergütung nach Tarif:
  • im 1. Ausbildungsjahr 1.128 € brutto
  • im 2. Ausbildungsjahr 1.226 € brutto
  • im 3. Ausbildungsjahr 1.323 € brutto
  • zzgl. Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld

So schaut Dein Ausbildungsalltag aus:

  • Wir bieten Dir volle Integrieren in die pronorm-Familie und in das Tagesgeschäft von Anfang an
  • Du gewinnst Einblicke in allen relevanten Abteilungen Einkauf, Verkauf, Buchhaltung, Marketing, Personal, Zentrale
  • Du erlernst die kaufmännischen Geschäftsprozesse wie z.B. Angebotseinholung, Warenwirtschaft, Buchführung im Rechnungswesen und unterstützt dabei aktiv in den Arbeitsabläufen
  • Dazu zählt auch die Kundenbetreuung, Angebotserstellung, Kontrolle von Rechnungen sowie Lieferterminen, Verbuchung von Rechnungen in SAP, Zeitwirtschaft im Personalwesen, Überwachung des Wareneingangs, Unterstützung bei der Messeorganisation
  • Darüber hinaus erwarten Dich interessante auch abteilungsübergreifenden Projektaufgaben wie z.B. Mitwirkung bei Social-Media-Beiträgen, Organisation des Welcome Days für Auszubildende

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast mindestens einen Abschluss der mittlere Reife (Fachoberschulreife) oder idealerweise der Fachhochschulreife
  • Deine Noten in den Fächern: Deutsch, Englisch und Mathematik sind mindestens befriedigend
  • Du interessierst Dich für wirtschaftliche sowie kaufmännische Zusammenhänge, kommunizierst gern und siehst Dich selbst als Organisationstalent
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig und gern auch eigenverantwortlich
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch Teamgeist, Lernbereitschaft und eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise aus
