Objetivo do cargo: Prestar suporte administrativo às atividades do posto de enfermagem, contribuindo para a organização dos fluxos, comunicação entre pacientes, equipe e demais setores e manutenção dos registros necessários à rotina do serviço, garantindo agilidade, organização e qualidade no atendimento.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Experiência em atividades administrativas e/ou atendimento;
  • Informática e Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
  • Rotinas administrativas e atendimento ao cliente;
  • Desejável experiência em ambiente hospitalar ou clínica.

  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Cordialidade e postura acolhedora no atendimento;
  • Proatividade e capacidade de resolução de demandas;
  • Agilidade e capacidade de priorização;

  • Conhecimento básico/intermediário de informática, especialmente pacote Office e preenchimento de planilhas;

Interfaces do cargo

Atuação em contato direto com a equipe de enfermagem, pacientes e acompanhantes, além de interação com setores administrativos e assistenciais envolvidos no fluxo de atendimento.

  • Atender ligações telefônicas direcionadas ao posto de enfermagem, prestando as orientações administrativas pertinentes e direcionando as demandas à demais setores quando necessário;
  • Realizar atendimento por meio dos canais eletrônicos institucionais, respondendo às solicitações dentro de sua área de atuação e encaminhando as demandas assistenciais aos profissionais responsáveis;
  • Realizar o agendamento do Cartão do Cliente Pronutrir, conforme critérios de protocolos;
  • Preencher e atualizar planilhas relacionadas às atividades do setor;
  • Apoiar a organização das demandas administrativas do posto de enfermagem, contribuindo para a continuidade e fluidez dos processos;
  • Manter a comunicação entre o posto de enfermagem e os demais setores envolvidos na jornada do paciente;
  • Fornecendo informações administrativas relacionadas ao fluxo de atendimento;
  • Acompanhar pendências administrativas e realizar os encaminhamentos, quando necessário;
  • Manter organização e confidencialidade das informações e documentos aos quais tiver acesso;
  • Cumprir os fluxos, normas, protocolos e políticas institucionais.
