Baue Bikes, die Menschen aufs nächste Abenteuer bringen – als Zweiradmonteur:in (gn) bei PROPAIN.

Du montierst keine Fahrräder von der Stange, sondern individuell konfigurierte Mountainbikes – mit deinen Händen, deinem Know-how und viel Liebe zum Detail. Damit unsere Bikes genau so auf den Trail kommen, wie unsere Kund sie sich gewünscht haben.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du montierst unsere individuell konfigurierten Mountainbikes mit Präzision, handwerklichem Können und Liebe zum Detail.
  • Du prüfst jedes fertige Bike auf Funktion, Qualität und Sicherheit, bevor es unsere Werkstatt verlässt.
  • Du führst Reparaturen und technische Nacharbeiten durch und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Bike zuverlässig funktioniert.
  • Du baust Laufräder und bringst dein technisches Know-how auch hier ein.
  • Du hast Qualität im Blick und stellst sicher, dass unsere Bikes unseren hohen Ansprüchen gerecht werden.
  • Du bringst deine Ideen ein und unterstützt uns dabei, unsere Abläufe und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du arbeitest überwiegend in der Frühschicht von 06:15 bis 15:15 Uhr. Alle drei Wochen unterstützt du unser Team für eine Woche in der Spätschicht von 15:15 bis 21:15 Uhr.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine handwerkliche Ausbildung oder bist gelernter Zweiradmonteur
  • Oder du bringst handwerkliches Geschick und Erfahrung in der Montage oder Werkstattarbeit mit – wir arbeiten dich gerne ein.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, zuverlässig und genau.
  • Du hast Spaß daran, mit deinen Händen zu arbeiten und packst gerne mit an.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und unterstützt deine Kolleg, wenn es darauf ankommt.
  • Du hast Bock auf Mountainbikes – noch wichtiger sind uns deine Motivation, dein handwerkliches Geschick und deine Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen.
