Baue mit uns Mountainbikes für unvergessliche Abenteuer.

Bei PROPAIN montierst du keine Fahrräder von der Stange. Du baust individuell konfigurierte Mountainbikes, die Rider auf der ganzen Welt begeistern. Weil wir weiter wachsen, suchen wir Verstärkung für unser Montageteam in Vogt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du montierst unsere individuell konfigurierten Mountainbikes mit Präzision und Liebe zum Detail.
  • Du prüfst neue Bikes auf Funktion, Qualität und Sicherheit, bevor sie unsere Werkstatt verlassen.
  • Du führst Reparaturen und technische Nacharbeiten durch.
  • Du baust Laufräder und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Bike unseren hohen Qualitätsansprüchen gerecht wird.
  • Du bringst Ideen ein und unterstützt dabei, unsere Abläufe und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du arbeitest überwiegend in der Frühschicht von 06:30 bis 15:30 Uhr. Alle drei Wochen unterstützt du unser Team für eine Woche in der Spätschicht von 15:15 bis 21:15 Uhr.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Zweiradmechatroniker, Zweiradmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare handwerkliche Ausbildung.
  • Alternativ bist du handwerklich geschickt und bringst Erfahrung in der Montage oder Werkstattarbeit mit – wir arbeiten dich gerne ein.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, zuverlässig und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch.
  • Du hast technisches Verständnis und packst gerne mit an.
  • Teamarbeit macht dir Spaß und du schätzt ein Umfeld, in dem man sich gegenseitig unterstützt.
  • Begeisterung für Mountainbikes ist ein Plus – wichtiger ist uns deine Motivation und dein handwerkliches Geschick.
