  • Collaborate with OT leadership, operations teams, and vendors to implement infrastructure standards and improve reliability
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure systems meet company standards and performance expectations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, troubleshooting activities, and incident resolution
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to solutions that reduce repeat failures and improve infrastructure performance
  • Ensure compliance with OT policies, cybersecurity practices, and operational guidelines
  • Support development of standard operating procedures and documentation for OT infrastructure
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, including after-hours, weekends, and holiday support as required
  • Support a 24/7 operational environment requiring rapid response to critical issues
  • Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, including participation in required training and proper use of PPE
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
