How you will shape Prophero:

  • Source investment-grade residential properties across Madrid and central Spain (including Toledo and Guadalajara) that meet PropHero's investment criteria (location, price, rental yield and renovation potential), building a steady pipeline of opportunities for our investors.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of local real estate agencies, agents, property developers, investment funds, family offices and off-market sources, becoming PropHero's go-to contact in the region.
  • Visit and assess properties on site — condition, renovation needs and neighbourhood dynamics — and report your findings with photos, key data and a clear go/no-go recommendation.
  • Run a first-level financial analysis for each opportunity (purchase price, estimated renovation costs, expected rent and gross/net yield) using PropHero's tools and market data.
  • Negotiate price and conditions with sellers and agents, working closely with our Sales, Renovation and Legal teams to move selected properties smoothly from offer to reservation and purchase.
  • Keep the sourcing pipeline and Vistral (our back-office tool) up to date, track key supply KPIs (properties sourced, visits, offers, conversion to purchase) and share local market insights to refine our investment strategy.

What you will bring to our team:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the residential real estate market — ideally as a property scout, real estate agent, acquisitions or investment analyst, or in a similar role — with solid knowledge of Madrid and the central Spain markets.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Architecture or a related field is a plus; equivalent hands-on real estate experience will also be valued.
  • General Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; analytical mindset to assess yields and renovation needs; proactive, autonomous and results-driven; native-level Spanish; valid driving licence and availability to travel frequently within the region.
  • Tools: Confident user of real estate portals (e.g. Idealista, Fotocasa, Habitaclia), spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and back-office tools (you will work daily in Vistral, our internal back-office platform); familiarity with property valuation or market-data tools is a plus.
  • Intermediate English, as we work with globally distributed teams and use English for internal communications.
