Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapear e prospectar novas oportunidades de negócio.Abordar potenciais clientes de forma personalizada.Conduzir a primeira etapa do processo de vendas, gerando interesse e quebrando objeções.Qualificar e desenvolver os leads gerados por nossas estratégias de marketing que foram descartadas pela estratégia de inbound.Garantir a presença do lead na reunião de demonstração.Atualizar informações no CRM com pontos relevantes. (PipeDrive)Analisar constantemente resultados e buscar evolução em performance.Compartilhar conhecimento sobre o comportamento dos prospects com as áreas de vendas e marketing.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa ou cursando em Administração, Marketing, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência ou conhecimento em prospecção ativa B2B e geração de oportunidades comerciais;Experiência na execução de cadências de prospecção multicanal, utilizando telefone, e-mail, LinkedIn e outras ferramentas de contato;Familiaridade com uso de CRM para registro de atividades, gestão de leads e acompanhamento do pipeline de vendas;Capacidade de analisar informações de mercado e o contexto das empresas prospectadas, permitindo abordagens mais personalizadas e relevantes;Organização e habilidade para gerenciar alto volume de atividades de prospecção e follow-ups;Conhecimento básico em processos de vendas consultivas e gestão de funil de vendas.
