Als treinverkeersleider bij ProRail own je samen met je collega’s dag en nacht het spoor. Bij storingen of calamiteiten houd jij het hoofd koel en heb je altijd een plan B of C paraat. Je werkt op een van de 12 verkeersleidingsposten in ploegendiensten en zorgt ervoor dat treinen veilig en op tijd blijven rijden. Je bent maximaal een uur verwijderd van je werkplek, zodat je snel kunt schakelen als het nodig is. Je werkt in een hecht team waar iedereen voor elkaar klaarstaat. Ook fijn: gemiddeld ben je 2 van de 4 weekenden per maand vrij. Hier maak jij echt het verschil op de momenten dat het erop aankomt.
