Werk om trots op te zijn

Tijdens deze meewerkstage ontdek je hoe juridisch werk bijdraagt aan veilig en betrouwbaar spoorvervoer. Je ondersteunt bedrijfsjuristen bij uiteenlopende privaatrechtelijke vraagstukken en werkt mee aan overeenkomsten die belangrijk zijn voor ProRail. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om je stage mede vorm te geven op basis van jouw interesses en leerdoelen. Zo doe je praktijkervaring op in een complexe organisatie met een grote maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen, beoordelen en verbeteren van overeenkomsten.
  • Je ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden binnen het privaatrecht.
  • Je stemt af met juristen, collega's en externe partijen over lopende dossiers.
  • Je levert ideeën aan voor juridische en praktische verbeteringen.

Je krijgt begeleiding van ervaren bedrijfsjuristen die je helpen groeien in het vak. Tegelijkertijd krijg je veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen en eigen verantwoordelijkheid te pakken.

Voor jou als stagiair Privaatrecht is er plek op de afdeling Privaatrecht bij ons regiokantoor in Zwolle. Je komt terecht in het team Overeenkomsten, onderdeel van Leefomgeving, Juridische Zaken en Vastgoed. Hier werk je samen met deskundige en betrokken collega's die hun kennis graag delen. De sfeer is toegankelijk en professioneel. Samen zorgen we voor juridisch sterke afspraken die bijdragen aan een veilig, duurzaam en toekomstbestendig spoor.

Jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Een stagevergoeding van € 500,- bruto per maand (op basis van 32 uur per week).
  • Een laptop van ProRail.
  • Wij werken hybride, waardoor jij, samen met je team, bepaalt wanneer je thuis of op kantoor werkt.
  • Goede begeleiding. Persoonlijke aandacht is bij ProRail de normaalste zaak.
  • Leuke activiteiten met andere stagiairs zoals domibo’s, stagelunches en stagedagen.
  • Goed verzorgde lunches in onze bedrijfsrestaurants.

Jouw inbreng

Bij ProRail vinden wij het belangrijk dat jij gewoon jezelf kan zijn. Daarom zijn wij benieuwd naar wie jij bent. Voor deze vacature breng je sowieso mee:

  • Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding Rechten, bij voorkeur richting Privaatrecht.
  • Initiatief: je herkent kansen en speelt er snel en doeltreffend op in.
  • Nauwkeurig: je werkt zorgvuldig en houdt overzicht, ook bij complexe informatie.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden: je spreekt en schrijft duidelijk, kan je boodschap helder overbrengen en past je taal aan de luisteraar/lezer aan.
  • Oplossingsgericht: je herkent problemen en kansen en speelt hier goed op in, met oog voor maatschappelijke belangen.
